Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Elevar.

Using the platform

• Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
• Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, or anything unlawful, hateful, or harmful.
• Courses you enroll in are licensed to you for personal learning — you may not redistribute them.

Creators

If you publish a course, you keep ownership of your content and grant Elevar a license to host and present it. You're responsible for the accuracy of your material. Elevar charges a flat 10% commission on sales; you keep the rest.

Payments & refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Eligible purchases may be refunded within our stated refund window. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, which you can do any time in Settings.

Content & conduct

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community standards. Reviews and forum posts must be honest and respectful.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll let you know about material changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
