Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated August 6, 2026
Elevar is a place to learn and teach. These are the ground rules that keep it that way for everyone.
Be respectful
Treat other learners, creators, and our team with respect in courses, reviews, forums, and messages. Honest disagreement is welcome; harassment, hate speech, threats, and bullying are not.
Don't post harmful or unlawful content
- No content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or invades someone's privacy.
- No sexual content involving minors, ever. No content that sexualizes or endangers children.
- No malware, phishing, scams, or instructions intended to cause real-world harm.
- No spam, misleading claims, or fake reviews and engagement.
Respect intellectual property
Only upload content you created or have the rights to use. Don't copy other people's courses, and don't share, download, or redistribute course materials you've been licensed for personal learning. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA section of our Terms of Service.
Keep the platform healthy
- Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Don't create fake accounts, manipulate rankings, or abuse the refund or affiliate systems.
- Don't misuse Elev or other AI features to generate prohibited content.
Reporting & enforcement
If you see something that breaks these rules, report it in the product or email elevar.support1@gmail.com. Depending on severity, we may remove content, issue a warning, or limit, suspend, or terminate an account — and we may act without notice when the situation calls for it. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.
