Refund Policy

Last updated August 6, 2026

We want you to be happy with what you learn. Here's when and how you can get a refund.

Courses

If a paid course isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't completed more than a reasonable portion of it (we use 30% of lessons as a guide). This gives you real time to try a course while keeping it fair to the creators who make them.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel any time in Settings, and cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where the law requires it.

How to request a refund

Email elevar.support1@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what you'd like refunded and why. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.

Exceptions

  • Purchases showing signs of abuse (for example, downloading or copying course materials, or a pattern of buy-then-refund) may be declined.
  • Items clearly marked as non-refundable at checkout.
  • Where a longer or shorter window is required by the law that applies to you, that law governs.

Creators

When a learner is refunded, the corresponding sale and commission are reversed from the creator's balance. This keeps refunds simple for learners and transparent for creators.
